Washington Crossing Audubon Society's Annual Meeting of the members will be held in conjunction with our September program meeting on Monday, September 15th. A Nominating Committee, consisting of Barbara Ross, Pat Sziber, and Herb Lord has been appointed to nominate candidates for Officers and Directors to succeed those whose terms expire in September. Suggestions for nominations of Officers and Directors may be submitted to the Nominating Committee by any member of WCAS; nominations from the floor at the annual meeting may also be made by members.
At that time, some proposed changes to the By-laws will be presented for adoption at the October 20th program meeting. Copies of the current By-laws and the proposed changes will be available for perusal on-line and at the September Program Meeting.
Although subject to change by the nominating committee, the current lists of candidates for Officers and Board Members are as follows:
