BIRDATHON 2011 Awards Presented
Barbara S. Ross

At the September program meeting, awards were presented to individuals who outdid themselves in helping to make this year's Birdathon a huge success. Landis Eaton (highest dollar amount solicited from individuals) received a book donated by Princeton University Press. Gift cards donated by Rosedale Mills were awarded to Mark Witmer (highest dollar amount solicited in individual and matching corporate donations) and Brad Merritt (highest number of species observed). Honorable mention should go to Hannah Suthers (highest number of individual solicitations). Congratulations and many thanks to all who contributed to making Birdathon 2011 the best!
