WCAS Director Emeritus Conferees

Congratulations to Jeffrey Hall, Michael Kaplan, Herb Lord, Joe Schmeltz, and Mark Witmer. Four recently retired WCAS board members who were recently elevated by the Board to Director Emeritus. We shall miss them and thank them again for their considerable contributions over the years. It is heartwarming to note that all of them wish to stay "connected" by remaining on the board email list and attending occasional meetings.
